Apprenticeships
Laying the foundation for your professional career is an important step in the right direction. UTA offers its apprentices the opportunity to complete various professional trainings in the areas of Sales as well as Information Technology.

- IT Specialist for Application Development
- IT Specialist for System Integration
Our apprentices profit from a professional instructor who ensures the optimal test preparation for the final exam. Likewise, weekly meetings take place for apprentices' projects as well as various trainings and seminars. The apprentices rotate within the departments every four or six months.
Our apprentices enjoy the advantage of a flex-time system and a monetary reward upon completion of their certificate, which is paid up to a certain grade point average. They also receive a special discount in our cafeteria. We offer you not just a challenging and varied apprenticeship in which you will move through various departments, but also the chance for further development internally.

Dual course of study
Based on a successfully completed general/specialised higher education entrance qualification, applicants can complete the dual courses of study Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in the field of Economics at the BerufsAkademie Rhein-Main in Rödermark as part of a three-year apprenticeship with UTA.
In an alternating combination of practical phases within the UTA and theoretical phases at the Akademie, students are given an attractive course of study which has proven itself in the real world for years. This allows you to lay the optimal foundation for a successful career!
